Koenig & Strey Libertyville Gives Back during the Season of “Thanks”: The Libertyville Office is asking for community support to make this a Thanksgiving to remember for some Lake County families!

LIBERTYVILLE, IL – November 2013 – At the direction of Koenig & Strey’s Libertyville office’s Managing Broker, Jackson Sanderson; the Libertyville office is giving back to their community during this season of giving.  The agents and staff of Koenig & Strey’s Libertyville office are asking for donations to support their annual tradition of providing complete holiday meals to less-fortunate families in the community, as they have done for more than 20 years. 

In partnership with the Koenig & Strey Foundation, the Libertyville office is reaching out to neighbors, friends and clients for their help in collecting donations to assist poverty-stricken, Lake County families whom normally would not be able to enjoy a good Thanksgiving meal.  One-hundred percent of the donations will be used to purchase the items for the Thanksgiving meal at a discount from the Libertyville Jewel-Osco.  The Koenig & Strey Libertyville agents will assemble the meals and deliver them to local township offices on November 26th.  This will give low-income families the opportunity to celebrate this special holiday of “Thanks”. 

Last year, the Koenig & Strey Libertyville office was able to provide 115 full Thanksgiving dinners for Lake County families.  With the generous support of their agents and community, the office is hoping to increase the amount of dinners significantly and make this a Thanksgiving worth remembering.  To make a donation, log into www.koenigstrey.com/pages/helplakecountyfamilies, or write a check to the “Koenig & Strey Foundation.”  The check can be dropped off or sent to 100 N.
