Lake Villa man charged with Criminal Sexual Assault and Aggravated Sexual Assault
On April 14, 2014 Billy W. Moore, 48, of the 1000 Block of Rainy Lake Ct in Lake Villa was charged with 20 counts of Criminal Sexual Assault (Class 1 Felony) and 2 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault (Class X Felony).
Two female victims reported that Moore sexually assaulted them over the past 20 years. The victims were under the age of 13 at the time of the first offense.
Moore is the owner of Gurnee Tire located at 3601 Grand Av in Gurnee.

Moore’s jail bond is set at $500,000.00. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 21, 2014.
