Obituary: Leonard H. Pawlowski
Services have been scheduled for Leonard H. Pawlowski of Libertyville.
Leonard H. Pawlowski, 86, of Libertyville, died Saturday Nov. 3, 2012 at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville. He was born Aug. 13, 1926 in Milwaukee, WI and had been a resident of Libertyville and Waukegan for almost 60 years. Leonard was a Navy veteran of WWII and had retired from the USF&G where he served as an insurance auditor for 40 years. He was a member of the Waukegan Knights of Columbus and served as an usher for St. Joseph Catholic Church, Libertyville.
He is survived by his beloved wife Audrey of 57 years of marriage, his loving children Mark, Karen (Pat) Morris, John (Mary) and Jim (Christine). Leonard was the proud grandfather of Margaret, Drew, Brian, Joe, Jessica, Kristen, Matthew, Hannah and the late Scott was the dear brother of the late Wanda.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 AM Saturday Nov. 10 from the McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Pl, Libertyville, IL to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 East Maple for Mass at 10 a.m. Internment following at Ascension Catholic Cemetery, Libertyville. Visitation will be Friday Nov. 9 from 4-8 p.m. at the McMurrough Funeral Chapel.
