Celebrate National Adoption Month

As November marks the beginning of National Adoption Month, ChildServ urges adults in the Chicagoland area to consider learning more about children and youth awaiting adoption in Illinois.

In 2010, 2,944 foster children in Illinois were waiting to be adopted.

ChildServ is Chicagoland’s local adoption partner for Wendy's Wonderful Kids, a signature program of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. This program finds permanent adoptive homes for children waiting in foster care, combining the fundraising efforts of Wendy's and its customers, results-driven grant oversight of the Foundation and the talent of seasoned adoption recruiters.
