Why are prices so high for the new health insurance?

The rates are still low until the
new year.  I can also explain that your higher deductible now will save you money for at least one year. 
I am very frustrated by what the new rates will be for the public, and if you want you can email me and I can give you the good news now  for your insurance rates and also let you know the scary rates that are coming.  Well it is soon Halloween after all is said and done.
I am a resident here, and graduated the great class of 1977.
