The Picnic Basket... THE SEMI-INVISIBLE AND NON-COMPLIANT GFZ SIGNS, POLICE AND LAWSUITS!

I hunt for Gun Free Zone signs on businesses and work to have them removed, through peaceful means of conversation and Boycott of the offending business. Now I have been told that the Libertyville, restaurant called The Picnic Basket has a GFZ sign, but I look at the front door and nothing is there! I look at the Back Door and nothing is there, Side Door... nothing there! So, where are these mysterious GFZ signs? UPDATE...SEMI-INVISIBLE GFZ signs are Posted at this location. photos uploaded and documented. If you can not see a GFZ sign, clearly and conspicuously placed on the entry way of an establishment, it is considered an unlawful posting of the GFZ sign by the State of Illinois Police. In order to be able to enforce the CCL Law, the property owner must follow the guidelines set forth by the State of Illinois. The Picnic Basket is in clear violation of the law and the signs are not proper in appearance or placement. This was confirmed at the Conceal Carry Seminar held in Gurnee, by Lake county SA Mike Nerheim and Sheriff Curran. This puts good people at risk, it creates an issue in which a Conceal Carry License holder could be arrested for not seeing a sign that is not highly visible and placed where a person could see it and comply with the law. If you want to Post a GFZ sign... you need to do it right, and protect the innocent from being punished for not seeing a semi-invisible GFZ sign. In my opinion, any business that wants to Post a GFZ sign, is a business that does not trust you to exercise your Constitutional Right to Bear Arms for self defense. They do not care if you are killed by an abusive and violent Ex-Spouse, Stalker, Armed Robber or Murderer, they also do not have any means in which to defend you, if you are attacked in their store or restaurant. Injury lawyers and wrongful death lawsuits are the right way to correct this situation.
