The following information is from the Libertyville Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

At 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 23, police responded to Route 45, just south of Tempel Drive for a report of a traffic crash with injuries involving a pickup truck and a flatbed trailer. Both the driver and the passenger in the pickup truck were entrapped and were extricated by the fire department. Barbour was placed under arrest, and when released from the hospital, he was processed at the police department and charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane usage. He was later released from police custody after posting a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a February 28, 9 a.m. court date at the Lake County Courthouse.
