Four Men Arrested After Fight at Restaurant

The incident occurred Aug. 5.

This incident was among the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

Four people were charged with disorderly conduct following a fight Aug. 5 at Tommy's Pizza & Sports Bar, 137 Lake St.

Police said an officer on patrol heard yelling and the sound of broken glass coming from the business. Witnesses told police that two groups of people were fighting. Cerda-Avila, 22, of 361 Walnut No. 124, Mundelein. They were each charged with aggravated battery and disorderly conduct, police said.

Both were transported to the Lake County Jail to await a bond hearing.
