The FBI is looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Waukegan bank Wednesday.

According to FBI Chicago spokeswoman Joan Hyde, the robbery occurred just before 12:30 p.m. at the First Midwest Bank branch at 1201 Golf Road in Waukegan.

"The robber approached a teller and presented a note demanding money," Hyde said in a press release. "He implied he had a weapon, but none was displayed during the robbery. After receiving cash from the teller, he fled on foot. No injuries were reported."

The man is described as being black, between 6 feet and 6 feet 4 inches tall, with a thin to medium build. Hyde said the man was wearing a black leather jacket, dark pants with white stripes on the sides, black and white athletic shoes, a black knit cap, black gloves, black mirrored sunglasses, and a black, blue and gray shirt.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Chicago office of the FBI at 312-421-6700 or local law enforcement.
