Police Blotter: Alcohol, Battery Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests and crimes from July 29 through Aug. 4.

Battery

Joseph A. Inendino, Jr, 30, of 1945 South Osprey Lane, Libertyville, and Erich M. Burdorf, 24, of 205 Knightsbridge Drive, Mundelein, were charged with battery July 29 near Brainerd and West Maple Avenues. Police said the two men were identified as being involved in an altercation. They were released on $120 personal recognizance bonds pending a Sept. 12 court date.

Traffic

Austreberta Matias-Tino, 42, of 32 Washington Blvd., Mundelein, was charged with not having a valid drivers license July 29 on Butterfield Road near Route 176. She was also cited for speeding. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Sept. 12 court date.

Alejandro Arteaga, 28, of 1619 Partridge Court, Round Lake Beach, was charged with not having a valid drivers license July 30 on Butterfield Road near Route 176. He was also cited for speeding. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Sept. 12 court date.

Juan Carlos Servin-Lara, 25, of 4123 Greenleaf Court Unit 307, Park City, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Aug. 4 on North Butterfield Road near Winchester Road. He was also cited for speeding. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Sept. 12 court date.

Retail Theft

About 39 boxes of Allegra were stolen from Walgreens, 1770 N. Milwaukee Ave. Police said store surveillance video showed two people, an African American man and woman, placing items in a pink and black backpack and then leaving the store. The items were valued at $824.

Alcohol

Ivan Garcia-Aceves, 28, of 4237 Greenleaf Court, Park City, was charged with driving while license suspended Aug. 3 on the 100 block of East Cook Avenue. He was also cited for not having a valid drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to signal a turn. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Sept. 12 court date.

Drugs

Peter J. Krosnjar, 25, of 903 West Lawrence, Chicago, was charged with possession of cannabis July 29 at the Metra station, 200 Lake St. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending an Aug. 16 court date.
