Frank B. Sailer, 26, of 5104 Lakeshore Court, Indianapolis, IN, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol July 22 on the 100 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. He was also cited for DUI over .08, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was released on a personal recognizance bond pending an Aug. 24 court date.
Kseniya Meinken, 26, of 33448 N. Greentree Road, Wildwood, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol July 27 on West Church Street. She was also cited for DUI over .08 and improper lane usage. She was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending an Aug. 17 court date.
Four individuals were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol July 27 on the 1200 block of Trinity Place. Police arrested a juvenile and the following 18-year-olds from Libertyville: Hutch C. Herchenbach of 400 Forest Lane; Tyler C. Lees of 1001 Springhaven Drive; and Adam J. Witucki of 1205 St. William Drive. They were all released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 12.
Jonathan M. Manarick, 23, of 26670 W. Dolores Court, Ingleside, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol July 27 on Lake Street just west of Milwaukee Avenue. He was also cited or operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and his drivers license pending an Aug. 17 court date.
Guillermo Diaz-Moreno, 34, of 607 Shady Lane, Mundelein, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol July 28 near Butterfield Road and West Park Avenue. He was also cited for aggravated DUI, DUI over. 08, speeding and improper lane usage. He was given an Aug. 7 court date. He was also wanted on a Lake County warrant. He was transported to bond court the next morning on the warrant.
A business on the 1800 block of Industrial Drive was burglarized sometime between 5 p.m. July 27 and 7:35 a.m. the next day. The front glass door of the business was shattered. Stolen from the business were two iPads in black folding cases, two Apple iMax computers, a mouse and keyboard, and an HP monitor. The items were valued at $6,500.
Michael T. Allen, 19, of 38025 N. Academy Drive, Lake Villa, was charged with disorderly conduct July 28. Police said a motorist complained that Allen shouted obscenities and threw something at the motorist's car. Allen was released on $120 cash bond pending a Sept. 12 court date.
