These incidents were among the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

Alcohol

She was also cited for DUI over .08 and not having a rear registration plate light. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 31 court date.

Ian V. Tinley, 29, of 1107 Dawes, Libertyville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Jan. 17 on the 1000 block of Dawes Street. Police said they responded to a report of a vehicle that had run off the roadway and got stuck on the parkway. Tinley was located at his home. He was also cited for driving too fast for conditions. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 31 court date.

Drugs
