Police Blotter: Alcohol, Traffic and Warrant Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from March 18-24.

Alcohol

[Name Removed], 33, of Gurnee, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol March 20 near Milwaukee Avenue and Church Street. He was also cited for speeding, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, transporting open alcohol and unlawful use of a weapon. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 19 court date.

Randall S. Grayburn, 19, of 855 S. Sanctuary Drive Unit 207-B, Lake Villa, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol March 21 on the 1300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. He was also cited for unlawful use of a weapon. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an April 1 court date.

Traffic

Delfino Para, 20, of 549 W. Park Ave., Libertyville, was charged with fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer March 18 near Dawes and Crane. He was also cited for reckless driving and not having a valid drivers license. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 10 court date.

Armando Santillan-Chavez, 45, of 1621 June Way Terrace, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving on a suspended license March 19 near Bartlett Terrace and Appley Avenue. He was also cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an April 10 court date.

Julio Cesar Martinez-Herrera, 37, of 151 N. Greenview Ave., Mundelein, was charged with driving while license suspended March 21 near Butterfield Road and Route 176. He was also cited for speeding. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a May 8 court date.

Jose L. Moreno-Secundino, 18, of 1309 Paul St., Waukegan, was charged with not having a valid drivers license March 22 on Milwaukee Avenue. He was also cited for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 10 court date.

Christopher W. Zawodniak, 39, of 675 Woodlands Pkwy., Vernon Hills, was charged with reckless driving March 18 near Milwaukee and Lincoln Avenues. He was also cited for improper lane usage. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending an April 12 court date.

Warrant

Christopher L. Schuett, 30, of 130 N. Stewart Ave., Libertyville, was arrested March 24 on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear. He was released on $500 cash bond pending an April 9 court date.
