Police Blotter: Arrest Made in Connection with Vehicle Burglary

Alcohol

Dylan T. Lonergan, 20, of 141 Johnson, Libertyville, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor June 12 on Stonegate Road. Police were on the scene to investigate noises at nearby Butler Lake Park, 810 W. Lake St. Later, Longergan's brother, Connor W. Lonergan, 18, of 141 Johnson, Libertyville, arrived in the lobby of the police department. Police said Connor Lonergan admitted that he and his brother had been in the park after hours. Connor was was charged with trespassing. Both were released on $120 personal recognizance bonds pending a July 10 court date.

Two individuals were charged with illegal public consumption of alcohol June 13 on the property of United Methodist Church, 429 Brainerd Ave. Arrested were: Mark A. Beatty, 55, of 105 Second St., Libertyville; and Michael Lynn Reynolds, 49, of 645 W. Park Ave., Libertyville. Both were released on a notice to appear in court July 17. 

Warrant

Anton T. Herres, 21, of 33075 N. Eastview Ave., Grayslake, was arrested on a warrant June 11 on charges relating to a motor vehicle burglary that occurred June 2 on Quaker Hill Lane. Herres was charged with Police said an investigation and video surveillance revealed that Herres fraudulently used credit cards stolen from the vehicle. He was transported to the Lake County Jail on $100,000 bond.
