Police Blotter: Battery, Disorderly Conduct Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Jan. 10-11.

Battery

Two individuals were arrested on battery charges Jan. 10 at Island Tap, 112 E. Cook Ave. Police were called to the scene on a report of a fight in progress. Matthew J. Padour, 32, of 227 Rouse, Mundelein, was charged with aggravated battery, a Class 3 felony. He was remanded on $100,000 bond. John R. Luehrsen, 21, of 312 W. Lincoln Ave., Libertyville, was charged with battery and resisting a police officer. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 10 court date.

Disorderly Conduct

Kimberly M. Ellingson, 48, of 247 W. Austin, Libertyville, was charged with disorderly conduct Jan. 11 following a disturbance on the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue. She was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 19 court date.
