Police Blotter: Cannabis Possession, Alcohol Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from April 6-13.

Alcohol

Victor M. Delgado, 19, of 930 Hickory St., Waukegan, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor April 6 near Peterson and Butterfield Roads. He was also cited for zero tolerance, illegal purchase of alcohol by a minor and speeding. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a May 8 court date.

Drugs

William A. Medina, 27, of 3231 Bagatelle Lane, Mundelein, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis April 12 on Milwaukee Avenue near Newberry. He was also cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a May 8 court date.

Two individuals were charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia April 12 on the 800 block of Garfield Avenue. Arrested were: John M. Meuther, III, 19, of 712 Hayes, Libertyville; and Matthew E. Woodruff, 19, of 201 E. Cook Ave. No. 413, Libertyville. Both were released on $120 personal recognizance bonds pending a May 8 court date.

Zlatan Bauk, 29, of 1540 N. State St., Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis April 13 near Milwaukee and Austin Avenues. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a May 15 court date.

Possession of a Fictitious Drivers License

William P. Hurthle, 18, of 787 Garfield Ave., Libertyville, was charged with possession of a fictitious drivers license April 12 on the 800 block of Garfield Avenue. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a May 8 court date.

Traffic

Roberto G. Hernandez, 21, of 406 Betty Ave., Park City, was charged with not having a valid drivers license April 9 on Route 45 just north of American Way. He was also cited for speeding. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a May 15 court date.
