Police Blotter: Criminal Trespass, Theft Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Sept. 2-7.

Criminal Trespass

Corey Lomoro, 29, of 13448 W. Hidden Springs Trail, Wadsworth, was charged with criminal trespass to real property Sept. 2 on the 500 block of Stevenson Drive. Police said they were called to the scene by a resident who said Lomoro was trying to break into the home. Police found Lomoro pounding on walls and attempting to gain entry to the residence. Police said another person—Josh Herion, 32, of 512 Stevenson Drive, Libertyville—then approached and interfered with the investigation. Lomoro was cited for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, while Herion was charged with obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer. Both were released on $1,500 personal recognizance bonds pending a Sept. 12 court date.

Theft

Isamar Olivares, 20, of 2308 Waverly Place, Waukegan, was charged with theft Sept. 4 at a business on the 1900 block of USG Drive. Police said an employee, identified as Olivares, was attempting to take a memory card from the building. She was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 17 court date.

Nelsin Y. Mungia-Rodriguez, 31, of 2721 Westwood Unit 2A, Waukegan, was charged with theft Sept. 5 at a business on the 1900 block of USG Drive. Police said an employee, identified as Mungia-Rodriguez, was attempting to take a memory card from the building. She was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 17 court date.

Disorderly Conduct

Nancy Frane, 49, of 150 E. Winchester Road, Libertyville, was charged with disorderly conduct Sept. 5 on the 100 block of East Winchester Road. Police said they were called to the apartment complex on a report of an intoxicated woman screaming and pounding on apartment doors. Frane was released on a notice to appear in court Oct. 10.

Alcohol

Dana Ramai, 21, of 39603 Orchard Bluff, Wadsworth, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Sept. 6 near Milwaukee Avenue and Walnut Street. Ramai was also cited for improper lane usage and not displaying the front license plate. Ramai was released on a personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 19 court date.

Traffic

Williams E. Rivera, 27, of 322 Hull Court, Waukegan, was charged with driving while license suspended Sept. 7 near Milwaukee and Lincoln Avenues. He was also cited for improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 10 court date.
