Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, Warrant Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Libertyville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Domestic Battery

Christopher L. Schuett, 29, 202 N. Stewart Ave., Libertyville, was charged Jan. 17 with domestic battery/bodily harm after an argument with his girlfriend. Schuett was held overnight for bond court the next morning where he was remanded on a $10,000 cash bond. He was issued a Jan. 26 court date in Waukegan.

Mikhail Davidovich, 41, 610 Cherbourg Drive, Buffalo Grove, was charged Jan. 19 with battery after a dispute at , 700 E. Park Ave. Davidovich was accused of shoving and threatening a patron who was unloading his vehicle. He was arrested and later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond. He was issued a Feb. 20 court date in Waukegan.

Warrant Arrest

David M. Callen, 59, homeless, was arrested Jan. 20 on a warrant out of Deerfield. Police were dispatched to the Cook Memorial Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., on a complaint of an unwanted subject. Police located Callen and found he was wanted on a warrant for crimes against a person out of Deerfield. He was unable to post 10 percent of his $5,000 bond and was turned over to Deerfield police.

Driving Violations

Jonathan L. Wisner, 34, 144 W. Park Ave., Libertyville, was charged Jan. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level greater than .08, and improper lane use. He later was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond and was issued a Feb. 17 court date in Waukegan.

Catherine R. Calcaterra, 24, 920 Concord Circle, Mundelein, was charged Jan. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol. She later was released on a personal recognizance bond and was issued a Feb. 17 court date in Waukegan.

Ma Lourdes Amezcua-Gomez, 36, 104 Wisconsin Ave., Waukegan, was charged Jan. 19 with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. She later was released after signing a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.

Erick Antonio Flores-Gonzalez, 18, 1311 Paul St., Waukegan, was charged Jan. 21 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and was issued a Feb. 8 court date in Mundelein.
