Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Battery, Disorderly Conduct; Traffic Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Oct. 28 through Nov. 3.

Alcohol

Katrina A. Buensuceso, 24, of 18795 Wooddale, Lake Villa, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Oct. 3 near Route 137 and Bull Creek Road. She was also cited for DUI over .08, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 22 court date.

Michael D. Kelleher, 43, of 588 North Overlook, Round Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 1 near Route 137 and Butterfield Road. He was also cited for speeding and improper lane usage. He was released on his drivers license and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 6 court date.

Battery

James B. Ellis, 21, of 15446 Cherrywood, Libertyville, was charged with battery Nov. 3 at Tommy's Pizza and Sports Bar, 137 Lake St. He was also cited for criminal trespass to real property, disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.

Traffic

Ancelmo Alfaro, 50, of 320 West Clarendon Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Oct. 28 near Winchester Road and Jeremy Lane. He was also cited for driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured vehicle and obstructing identification. He was transported to the Lake County Jail to await a bond hearing. 

Albert J. Jagiello, 40, of 7004 57th Ave. No. 203, Kenosha, WI, was charged with driving while license suspended Oct. 29 near Milwaukee Avenue and Peterson Road. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.
