Police Blotter: Man Caught Urinating in Public, Charged with Disorderly Conduct

Alcohol
Grant Michael Cully, 21, of 890 Oak Knoll, Lake Forest, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Oct. 20 near Route 176 and the Des Plaines River. He was also cited for improper lane usage. He was released on his drivers license and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.
Battery
Lucas M. Ackerman, 33, of 711 John St., McHenry, was charged with battery Oct. 8 on the 100 block of Broadway. Police said a man reported that while he was securing his stepchildren into their car seats, Ackerman pushed and shoved him. Ackerman was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 30 court date.
Disorderly Conduct
Joshua B. Loepke, 30, of 3431 Southport Drive, Island Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct Oct. 17 on the 500 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. Police said he was seen urinating in public. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.
Traffic
Bria N. White, 20, of 1517 Broadway No. 6, North Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended Oct. 19 near Route 137 and Milwaukee Avenue. She was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. She was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.
