Police Blotter: Possession of Cannabis; Permitting Minors to Consume Alcohol
The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Dec. 19-22.

Drugs
Lawrence A. Dibari, 22, of 8402 Highway 10S, Lawndale, NC, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis Dec. 19 near Milwaukee Avenue and Route 137. He was also cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic control device. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 15 court date.
Timothy I. Christor, 24, of 33140 Sunset, Wildwood, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Dec. 20 near Milwaukee Avenue and Winchester Road. He was also cited for speeding. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 15 court date.
Neil D. Fiorenza, 18, of 1053 Tamarack Lane, Libertyville, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis Dec. 21 on the 700 block of West Winchester Road. He was also cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to transfer registration, not having a rear registration plate light and not having a front license plate. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 22 court date.
Leaving the Scene of an Accident
Fredy Salmeron, 39, of 145 Emerald, Mundelein, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident Dec. 21 on the 400 block of Butterfield Road. He was also cited for failure to yield from a private drive. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 22 court date.
Permitting Minors to Consume Alcohol
Rodrigo A. Rojas, 22, of 1508 W. Park Ave., Libertyville, was charged with permitting minors to consume alcohol Dec. 22 on the 1500 block of West Park Avenue. Police said neighbors complained about noise and music coming from the home. Five people under age 21 were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol. Rojas was released on a notice to appear in court Jan. 15.
Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer
Royal S. Morris, 34, of 26146 Blackhawk, Ingleside, was charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer Dec. 21 on the 500 block of West Park Avenue. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 2 court date.
