Police Blotter: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Traffic Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Oct. 21-26.

Alcohol

Anthony H. Mailnowski, 56, of 1411 Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Oct. 25 near North Milwaukee Avenue and Winchester Road. He was also cited for DUI over .08, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 22 court date.

Traffic

Ana Montes-Reyes, 51, of 975 Westmoreland No. 16, Vernon Hills, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Oct. 21 near Butterfield and Willow Roads. She was also cited for speeding. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.

Claudia Karina Ceja-Becerra of 919 Broadway, North Chicago, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Oct. 22 near Route 45 and Peterson Road. She was also cited for failure to yield turning left. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.

Felipe Malcipa-Martinez, 35, of 108 S. Park, Waukegan, was charged with driving while license suspended Oct. 24 near USG Drive and Route 45. He was also cited for speeding. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.

Israel E. Diaz, 31, of 101 Barberry, Round Lake Beach, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Oct. 24 near Route 137 and Bull Creek. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.

Milton Andrew Deere, 31, of 225 W. Main, Osborne, KS, was charged with driving while license revoked Oct. 25 on the 1800 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.

Christian M. Garcia, 22, of 333 Westwood Court, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving while license suspended Oct. 26 near Route 137 and Midlothian Road. He was also cited for improper lane usage. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.

Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Steven Droessler, 26, of 680 Brittany No. 3, Grayslake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 22 on the 500 block of North Butterfield Road. He was also cited for a noise violation for having a loud muffler. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 11 court date.

Megan O. Martinez, 23, of 431 Northlake, Lakemoor, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 22 near East Park and Fourth Avenues. She was released on a $120 recognizance bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.

Curtis L. Spencer, 22, of 1910 Wright, North Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 23. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 13 court date.
