Police Blotter: Public Intoxication, Traffic Arrests

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Nov. 11-18.

These incidents were among the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

Alcohol

Brian J. Siedlecki, 23, of 3520 Eastway Drive, Island Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 17 on the 1100 block of South Milwaukee Avenue. He was also cited for driving without headlights. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 28 court date.

Drugs

Trevor W. Seitz, 20, of 609 Carter Ave., Libertyville, was charged with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia Nov. 12 near South Milwaukee Avenue and Sunnyside Place. He was also cited for having expired vehicle registration and not having a rear registration plate light. He was released on a $120 cash bond pending a Dec. 12 court date.

Public Intoxication

Tiffany R. Lehner, 27, of 37353 N. Cremona Ave., Lake Villa, was charged with public intoxication Nov. 14 near Milwaukee and Newberry Avenues. She was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Traffic

James E. Manhard, 22, of 1714 North Lake Charles Drive, Vernon Hills, was charged with negligent driving Nov. 11 near Garfield Avenue and Route 176. Police said he left a restaurant on Lake Street at a high rate of speed and without headlights. He was also cited for driving without lights and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 12 court date.

Leticia A. Munguia, 57, of 810 Ronald Terrace, Round Lake Beach, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Nov. 13 near Route 137 and Butterfield Road. She was also cited for speeding. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Samuel Sam Han, 25, of 12 Crestland Road, Indian Creek, was charged with driving while license suspended Nov. 15 near West Golf Road and Roosevelt Drive. He was also cited for speeding, unlawful possession of cannabis, operating a vehicle with an expired registration sticker and failure to notify the secretary of state of address change. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Patricia N. Weaver, 25, of 145 Westerfield Place Unit D, Grayslake, was charged with driving while license suspended Nov. 18 near South Milwaukee and Lincoln Avenues. She was also cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of open alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to notify the secretary of state of address change. She was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 12 court date.

Warrant

Christopher L. Schuett, 29, of 202 N. Stewart Ave., Libertyville, was arrested Nov. 12 on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear. He was released on a $300 cash bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.
