Police Blotter: Theft at X-Sport, Driving Violations

The following arrest information was supplied by the Libertyville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft at X-Sport

A patron at X-Sport Fitness, 1163 S. Milwaukee Ave., told police that someone broke into his locked gym locker on Feb. 2. The patron says he hung the lock key on a hook when he went inside the pool area and the key was missing after he was done swimming. Staff at X-Sport cut off the padlock on the gym locker and the patron’s belongings, a Chase debit card, identification card, $40-$50 in case and a Motorola A-Trex smpartphone were missing.

Rejeev J. Daniel, 44, 13339 Heiden Circle, Lake Bluff, was charged Feb. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level over .08 and improper lane usage. He was later released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Feb. 24 court date in Waukegan.

Patricia S. Olszewski, 47, 644 S. Curran Dr., Round Lake, was charged Jan. 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without lights when required. She was later released and issued a Feb. 24 court date in Waukegan.

Cecilia Wence-Mendoza, 25, 3314 Pace St., Park City, was charged Jan. 30 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. She was later released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Feb. 22 court date in Mundelein.

Valentin J. Lechuga, 34, 400 Manda Ln., Apt. 516, Wheeling, was charged Feb. 3 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He was later released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a March. 14 court date in Mundelein.

Amando Paredes, 43, 1106 N. Hickory Terrace, Round Lake Beach, was charged Feb. 3 with driving without a valid driver’s license and improper lane usage. He was later released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Feb. 22 court date in Mundelein.

Rojelio Abarka, 34, 2205 W. Lawler Ave., Chicago, was charged Feb. 4 with driving without a valid driver’s license, driving while license suspended, obstructing identification, speeding and improper lane usage. He was later released after signing a personal recognizance bond and issued a Feb. 22 court date in Mundelein.
