Police Blotter: Two Men Arrested for Driving Under the Influence

The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Nov. 16-17.

Alcohol

Ryan B. Fecht, 21, of 417 S. Stewart, Libertyville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 16 on the 700 block of West Park Avenue after being stopped for speeding. He was also cited for DUI over .08, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding. He was released on his drivers license and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 27 court date.

Terrence Laubser, 29, of 17235 W. Simpson, Old Mill Creek, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 17 after he was stopped for speeding on Milwaukee Avenue near Cater Lane. He was also cited for DUI over .08, speeding and speeding in a construction zone. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Dec. 27 court date.
