Police Blotter: Unlawful Possession of Cannabis

The following arrest information was supplied by the Libertyville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Unlawful Possession of Cannabis

Tyler F. Kendrick, 18, 201 E. Cook Ave., Libertyville, was charged Sept. 28 with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He later was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond and issued an Oct. 18 court date in Waukegan.

Omar Melgoza, 19, 3219 Charleston Road, and Ricardo Morales, 20, 260 Susan Circle, West Park City, were each charged Oct. 2 with unlawful possession of cannabis. They later were released on personal recognizance bonds and both issued a Nov. 19 court date in Mundelein.

Driving Mishaps

Sandy I. Perez, 23, 123 Elm Ave., Mundelein, was charged Oct. 1 with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to yield to pedestrian in a cross walk. She later was released on a $200 cash bond and issued an Oct. 26 court date in Mundelein.

Guillermo R. Duran-Martinez, 39, 665 Ziegler Drive, Grayslake, was charged Sept. 26 with speeding and driving without a valid driver’s license. He later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued an Oct. 12 court date in Mundelein.

Jerecom M. Whapoe, 20, 2725 Glen Flora Ave., Waukegan, was charged Sept. 27 with driving while license suspended and speeding. She was later released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Nov. 9 court date in Mundelein.

Ricardo Gonzalez, 18, 502 Smith Ave. #C1, Lake Bluff, was charged Sept. 30 with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Nov. 9 court date in Mundelein.
