Bean, Oakley, Quirke are Projected Cook Library Board Winners

Update, 8:49 p.m.: With all 47 precincts reporting, Incumbent Cook Memorial Library Board Trustees Bonnie Quirke and Ann E. Oakley, along with newcomer Joe Bean, are the projected winners, with 23.27, 26.08 and 17.01 percent of the votes, respectively.

The results do include early voting and vote by mail ballots, but they do not include provisional or late-arriving vote by mail ballots.

Update, 7:51 p.m.: With 43 of 47 precincts reporting, Ann E. Oakley, Bonnie Quirke and Phyllis A. Dobbs are in the lead for the Cook Memorial Library Board race.
