Voters will select three Cook Memorial Public Library District board members from a pool of five candidates in the April 9 election.

The candidates include: incumbent Bonnie Quirke (Libertyville), incumbent Ann E. Oakley (Libertyille), Hela Ben-ayed (Libertyville), Phyllis A. Dobbs (Vernon Hills), Joe Bean (Libertyville), incumbent Tommy Koo (Vernon Hills).
