The topic of whether food trucks and other mobile businesses should be allowed to park on public Libertyville streets, including outside downtown businesses, was a topic of discussion at a recent Committee of the Whole meeting, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The topic was brought to the COW after "mobile vendors" requested information on where they could sell in the village, according to the article. The Chicago Tribune reports village trustees did not make any formal recommendation regarding possible regulations.
