Trustees Approve Contract for Road Surface Patching Project
The lowest bidder was D'Land Construction LLC.
Libertyville Trustees voted Tuesday night to approve a contract with D'Land Construction LLC for concrete and asphalt surface patching on various village streets.
The streets that will be included in the program are portions of South Fourth Avenue, Church Street, West Golf Road, East Golf Road, Dawes Street, Newberry Avenue and Adler Park Drive.
The village received four bids for the project that ranged from D'Land on the low end with $153,965 to Alliance Contractors Inc. on the high end with $213,395, according to village board documents.
"The final cost will be based on actual work quantities, but will not exceed the $153,965 low bid amount," village staff said in the village board documents.
