D70: Last Day of School June 7
Libertyville Elementary District 70 has set June 7 as the last day of school.
The last day of school for the 2010-2011 school year in will be June 7, Tuesday. Students will meet for one hour.
During a recent board meeting, board members unanimously approved the last day of school. The last day of school is usually not set by the board until late in the school year in order to adjust the school calendar for unscheduled days off due to inclement weather.
Meanwhile, eighth-graders at will participate in graduation ceremonies at 7:30 p.m. on June 1 at , 708 W. Park Ave., Libertyville.
