District 70 to Host Strategic Plan Update

May 2 meeting to look at how school is progressing towards goals.

More than 50 Libertyville parents, residents, business leaders and educators will meet on the evening of May 2 to talk about how the Libertyville Elementary District 70 five-year Strategic plan is progressing in the first year.

“This is a time of reflective practice,” said Supt. Dr. Guy Schumacher. “Strategic Planning allows us to look closely at our goals and accomplishments, where we've come and where we hope to go as a district.  This is a critical accountability component to our roles and responsibilities, providing a fresh look at our mission, vision, values and beliefs as we continue to educate children for tomorrow's future.”
