First and Third Thursdays of the month

Mission Statement: Create a support group for consultants, independent contractors, and small business owners from LCPF to discuss various aspects of customer service. Including customer service and consumer related challenges, issues and successes.

Purpose:  Talk about customer service issues, challenges, success stories from a small business or consumer perspective.
