Assess your current health numbers for blood pressure, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol, glucose and BMI. Then, meet with our clinical staff to discuss your test results. You must fast for at least 8 hours prior to your screening appointment. Screenings are being offered from 7-11 am on Tuesday, February 14, at Advocate Condell Medical Center's Gurnee Centre Club, 1405 N. Hunt Club Road in Gurnee; and Tuesday, February 21, at Advocate Condell Medical Center’s Conference Center, 700 Garfield Ave. in Libertyville. The cost is $20.
