Students Named to Dean's List at St. Olaf College

Marci Sortor, Dean and Provost of St. Olaf College, has named the following students to the St. Olaf College Dean's list for the Fall 2012 semester. The Dean's list recognizes students with a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4-point scale. Dean Sortor stated, "These students have distinguished themselves among a talented and highly qualified student body. We celebrate their success in gaining recognition for academic excellence."

  • Samuel Kaplan is an undelared major. He is the son of Matthew Kaplan and Deborah Quinn.
  • John Niemzyk is a Political Science major. He is the son of John and Sally Niemzyk.
  • Ellen Sutter is an undelared major. She is the daughter of David and Melinda Sutter.
  • Elizabeth Ulanday is a Music major. She is the daughter of Alfredo and Myrna Ulanday.
