Palatine Man to Show Off Award-Winning Contraption on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'
A Palatine man and his five Purdue classmates will appear tonight on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'
A 2010 Fremd graduate who is now studying engineering at Purdue will appear tonight on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" where he and his five classmates will show off their award-winning Rube Goldberg machine, which was created to zip the zipper on a hoodie, according to the Daily Herald.
The machine, created by Adam Bahrainwala of Palatine and five of his Purdue classmates, won the 204 Rube Goldberg Machine Contest, according to the article. A Rube Goldberg machine is a machine that accomplishes a task by complex means in what seemingly could be done in a simple manner, according to Webster's dictionary.

The students will appear on Kimmel at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Rube Goldberg Contest website.
