—Submitted by MainStreet Libertyville.

MainStreet Libertyville is hosting a Volunteer Information Night on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at Shakou Sushi, 615 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.

MainStreet Libertyville is a non profit volunteer based downtown revitalization organization whose mission is to enhance and retain economic development and community identity through historic preservation.

MainStreet hosts 50 days of events each year such as Car Fun on 21, Out to Lunch in Cook Park, Farmers Market, Dickens of a Holiday and various fundraisers. Volunteers are the backbone of the organization. We need your help!

If you are interested in finding out about volunteer opportunities, there will be a short presentation, followed by an opportunity to chat with representatives of our committees, Design, Organization, Promotion and Business Matters.

For further information or to RSVP, please call the MainStreet office at 847-680-0336, register online at www.mainstreetlibertyville.org/calendar by clicking on Volunteer Information Night, or e-mail promotions@mainstreetlibertyville.org.
