Walk to Remember, 5K to Benefit Willow House
The event will be held Aug. 26 at Independence Grove.
Because no child should grieve alone, on Sunday, Aug. 26, families served by Willow House will partner with local businesses to host a 1-mile Walk to Remember and a 5K Run in memory of deceased loved ones at Independence Grove, Libertyville, with proceeds to benefit Willow House.
This Walk to Rember was created by Willow House families and is open to anyone who wants to dedicate one mile of peace and reflection in memory of their deceased loved one, or run 5K to bring hope to others. Adult registration is $20 and it's $10 for children under 12.
