The employees were unorganized, obnoxious and disrespectful to customers. Two weeks before my brother's wedding, we were told the florist took it upon herself to cancel the order because she hadn't heard from the bride in a few months (despite insisting she didn't need to be contacted again until a week before the wedding). Instead of contacting the bride, they incorrectly assumed the wedding was called off. Not only were the bride and her mother yelled at by an employee, the last minute replacement order was incorrect and the Buss failed to fulfill their agreement to transfer the flower arrangements from the church to the reception venue. Not only will I not recommend Buss, I will strongly encourage friends and family to take their business elsewhere.
