I received good service from Liberty Tax in Libertyville. It helped that I had an appointment and all the papers and receipts organized when I walked in the door. It took about 90 minutes and they did the federal and state e-filings for a reasonable fee, and also answered some questions I had about taxes on retirement distributions. I received my refunds in my bank account in about 10 days.
