We were very disappointed with this service and cannot recommend them. We used them for 2 years and they made MAJOR mistakes/oversights both times. The first time we caught it, the second time the IRS did!! The second time, they made no effort to apologize or try to make up for their error -- customer service and accountability are not their strong suits.
