Local Barbecue Store Feeds About 200 People Daily

Main Street Smokehouse is thriving after opening just two years ago.

After opening its doors in 2009, Main Street Smokehouse, one of downtown Libertyville's newest restaurants, has been enjoying its success. "It's been great. I learned a lot opening a restaurant, but it has paid off," Owner Eddie Moore said. "I had a catering business before, but this is so much different.  You have customer transactions to handle, dealing with utility companies and other services, it was a lot at first."
