Vernon Hills police said a 41-year-old man failed to provide complete information at his quarterly Sex Offender Registration. South Barrington Charges In Palatine Man's Death A Schaumburg man was charged by South Barrington police in the death of a 19-year-old Palatine man that occurred in South Barrington in April. Timothy R. Hughes, 27, of the 400 block of Woodcroft Court, was charged with aggravated DUI and appeared at a bond hearing at Cook County court in Rolling Meadows May 14, said Dept. Ray Cordell. I have looked over the registry and can't find anyone charged with disorderly conduct (those that "mooned or streaked or urinated in public") listed there....
