Heidi Cardenas, Neighbor

Heidi Cardenas is a community outreach advocate at Lake County Center for Independent Living. LCCIL's mission is to empower people with disabilities to lead self-directed lives as valued members of the community. LCCIL has served Lake County since 1990 and started serving McHenry County in 2012. April 25th, 2015, LCCIL will celebrate our 25th Anniversary alongside the ADA.
