One can't help but detect the provincial Midwestern attitude that dictates Spanish is essential for you boys and girls so that the domestic help and services people paid to clean, launder, and mow the lawn can understand your instructions.

ReplyWalter I tend to agree with you on most things, but not this. Sad thing is that, reading between the lines, they probably already have the "insider-with-friends-in-high-places" French teacher lined up, are greasing the skids to hire that person under the guise of "we were surprised how many quality applicants there were". This entire chain of events has been handled about as amateurishly as possible.

ReplyWhat is the US Dept of Justice going to do about Colorado and Washington, and also the med aspects and states as well? Illinois doesn't have a stellar history with "consumer" products for human consumption and corruption. This legislation putrid. Put it all to voters, med and leisure and proceed from the results.

Glaucoma does not cause pain. THC apparently lowers intraocular pressure, thus retarding macular degeneration of the optical nerve which would then result in vision impairment or blindness. THC could lower IOP for maybe 3 hrs, you'd have to dose every 8 times daily with a "med" which has no valid basis to be labeled as medicinal.
