'Piano Man,' Sidewalk Sales This Week

Meet Your Village Officials

Ever wanted to see your local government in action? The Libertyville Village Board will hold its second meeting of the month at 8 p.m. July 23 in Village Hall.

'Piano Man' at the Mansion

The Cuneo Mansion & Gardens in Vernon Hills will host a summer concert featuring Piano Man, which includes the music of Elton John and Billy Joel. The concert will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. July 24. For more information, visit the Cuneo Mansion website.
 
Bargain-Hunting at Sidewalk Sales

Do you like to hunt for bargains? The merchants of downtown Libertyville will be hosting sidewalk sales on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 25-27 during regular business hours. The tables will be brimming with values!  Have lunch or a sweet treat at one of the downtown restaurants, then shop till you drop! The covered parking garage offers four hours of free parking and is just a half block to Milwaukee Avenue.

Find Fresh Fruit, Baked Goods at Farmers Market

The weekly Libertyville Farmers Market will be held July 25 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market will feature balloon sculpting, juggling and magic by R.C. Juggles from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., along with "Fresh Picked Stories" with the Cook Memorial Library at 10 and 11 a.m.

Food, Entertainment During 'Out to Lunch'

Enjoy food from nine different vendors, along with entertainment from Sagebrush, during Libertyville's weekly "Out to Lunch" festivities in Cook Park. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 26.
