The Libertyville High School varsity baseball team is set to take on Maine South Monday afternoon in the super-sectionals.
LHS defeated Stevenson, 2-0, in the sectional finals.
The super-sectionals will be held at 4:30 p.m. at the Rockford Aviators Stadium in Loves Park. The winner of that game will play in the state semifinals, slated for 5 p.m. June 7 at Silver Cross Field in Joliet, according to the IHSA website.
The state championship is slated for June 8 at Silver Cross Field.
